We’re happy to hear from you and answer every email personally usually within a couple of days and often sooner.
Before you contact us, have a read of the Frequently Asked Questions first. There’s a stack of questions we’ve answered on that page and it’s possible, even likely, that we’ve already answered your question there.
If you are a Member, check out the Members FAQ (log into the Members Only area – the Members FAQ is in the sidebar) and see if your query is answered there – again, lots of questions already answered on that page. It could save us both some time if you check there first – your query may be answered already!
If you contact us and your query is already answered in one of the FAQ pages, we’ll refer you to the relevant section on either of those pages. If your query isn’t already answered on either of the FAQ pages, then please do contact us via the form below.
And if you have a technical question or are experiencing a technical problem (with not receiving Lessons or not being able to download something), then contact our who’ll respond to you quickly.
We’re based in Australia which is truly “down under” and in a different timezone to you northern hemisphere folks. Sometimes your query comes in while we are soundly sleeping and it’s very dark outside. We check emails every day and respond to queries from members and interested people very quickly – always within 24 hours and often much quicker than that.
